Great service and reasonably priced. Was delivered in 2 days from ordering. Can get cheaper on E bay but you don’t get the benefit of having a shop in Australia to deal with if problems occur.

Excellent product at a great price. Delivery by Couriers Please was very ordinary, it was left outside the front gate in pouring rain. Fortunately you had packed it so well that it was not damaged.

Bought a remote control for a very old rolling door and a few Dyson parts, it all arrived very quick and in perfect condition. Parts came with very clear instructions. Could not recommend BatteryMate enough. Great service!

What a fraud. I bought 2x 18v 4.0Ah batteries for my Ryobi kit. I noticed straight away that they were lighter in weight than my original Ryobi 4.0Ah. I use much power when using the line trimmer in the garden, that’s when my concern peaked. These batteries don’t last very long. I compare the full-to-empty time as similar to my other Ryobi 2.0 Ah. The proof: I dropped one of the batteries and the casing split open. They only contain 5 cells. Even the casing has bays for 10 cells. = 1/2 the power!. I emailed to complain, no reply.
